The week is more than half way over and iām almost done with my goals so I wanted to give you guys a quick update and share my list. š„° so far i have completing 3 strength sessions upper and lower body, complete 150 minutes of cardio, incorporate yoga into my routine at least 3 times, drinking 2-3 liters of water everyday and getting at least 7-8 hours of proper sleep every night!! Iād love to know what your goals were.
