The important thing is that I went! I pushed myself to do something that made me uncomfortable because it was good for my health. My anxiety makes me feel like “all eyes are on me” even when I know that nobody is watching me. It’s very hard to exercise in front of others. I’m proud of myself. You should be proud of yourself for your achievements too. It doesn’t matter how big or how small they are. Taking a risk is brave. ❤️
