Tip: Elevating the heels π allows for the knees to pass the toes to a greater extent ππ½ 2. Weighted Sumo Squats: I used a 25lb weight & added in an extra movement ππΌββοΈ ππ½ 3. Squat Rack: ππΌββοΈ I started at 50lbs, then 60lbs, and ended at 75lbs! I added 2.5lb plates to elevate my knees again! π
