I was held in hospital for 2 days after my emergency surgery. They finally gave me the okay to travel back home. To prevent bloood clots I have to try to keep moving as much as possible.. however this is difficult with all the pain! Perfect example of an excellent use of theragun. I can use this on my whole body to promote bloood circulation. It seems to be helping 😚
