For example if you do regular squats all the time with heavy weight you are unknowingly going to favor that dominant side. It continues to get stronger while the weaker side stays weak! Don't believe me.. take a video of your squat from behind. You might see your pelvis is shifted one direction. Start training single leg/arm to maximize your results.
