


What are your fitness goals this year?? Mine are a little different this year.. one of them is getting more flexible. How will I achieve this? Stretch 30min a day! I like to spend this time stretching while reading a book or doing something on my laptop. Other fitness goals this year: 1. Bike 100 mile ride in 1 day 2. Flexibility - full splits, scorpion, - press handstand - various yoga poses 3. Swim 1mile swim 4. Deadlift 225 5. 15pullups
