Update: I just wanted to let you all know that I have moved to Colombia. I’m in Bogota with my family. I’m doing so much better. Working on myself with the help and support of my family who loves me. I’m reading a book called “how to do the work” by Dr. Nicole LePera and it has been changing my life for the better. Healing so much trauma. Childhood trauma that has crippled me for life.
