In the late afternoon and early evening, I purposely walked back and forth on the beach and swam and played in the ocean and waves. Now I am ready to rinse off the sand and salt water. I am intentionally living the life I want. I want to enjoy life while taking care of myself and making myself happy. 😁😁😁
