Melted ice cream chug! I was going to do a gallon, but I figured the melting process would've been a nightmare. Total is 3 quarts, and I am maybe glad I did not do the gallon. I was filled to the brim, and I do not think I could hold another drop.

Total calories was 3,060 for the 3 quarts. Total calories that day was nearly 6,000 from my other meals.

I had not one but two of these shakes the other night for a grand total of 2,000 calories guzzled down in one sitting. Shame it wasn't completely melted; I had to stop to loosen it up to keep going. Next time, I think I should add some mass powder to double the calories... Thoughts?
