good afternoon y’all! first off, made these frozen yogurt pops…soo good! you should definitely try them! greek yogurt, chopped up fruit and a popsicle stick. super easy to make and healthy! freeze for a few hours. i love them! 😍
also, wanted to give everyone a heads up that we are out of town this weekend. we’re flying out tonight and won’t get back until late sunday. we have content scheduled to go out over the weekend, but chats will not be monitored until we get back. we will be back at it monday and get back to you then!

Hey everyone! Wow ok where to start. We’re all back home, finally! It’s been a long couple weeks. The family medical emergency regarding our 4 year old is under control at this point, but was a rather scary and stressful experience for all of us. Still some recovery to do but all will be ok! 😊
Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time. All of this is fun and great, but a lot of what I do is for my family, so as you can imagine family first and this was a scary and challenging experience for us all. I appreciate all the kind words and well wishes!! But now, we have some catching up to do! 😳
